Responsibilities

looking for an experienced, skilled, independent and responsible bookkeeper with experience of working in a US companies to join our finance team to be accountable for the US bookkeeping. Maintains records of financial transactions, establishing accounts and posting transactions in addition to conduct collection from customer and function as a flights coordinator.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Implement an internal bookkeeping of the US company accounts

·        Record day to day of the US financial transactions and complete the posting process

·        US Bank account reconciliation and payments

·        US AR/AP reconciliation

·        US employees’ reimbursement

·        collection activities to maximize and advance cash receipts

·        Issue collection letters to overdue accounts

·        Maintain accurate records about the customer payment status

·        Weekly Aging Report preparation

·        Flights coordinator- establish flights system according to travel policies

 

REQUIREMENTS:

·        2 years’ minimum experience as a bookkeeper in a US company

·        Experience in working with US institutions

·        Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles

·        Experience in collection – Big advantage

·        QuickBooks – Big advantage

·        Strong knowledge in excel

·        High English level

·       Basic Hebrew needed

·        Assertiveness

·        Team player
